JOB OVERVIEW

JOB TITLE: GoHighLevel Developer + Client Delivery Specialist (Part Time to Full Time)

We are a fast-growing digital marketing and AI automation company (Viral Growth Media) looking for a senior GoHighLevel developer who can own client-facing builds from start to finish.

This is NOT a generic VA role. We need someone who lives inside GoHighLevel daily - building funnels, automating workflows, managing pipelines, and communicating directly with US-based clients. You will be the person our clients interact with for technical deliverables.

What You'll Do
- Build and manage complete GHL ecosystems: sub-accounts, pipelines, workflows, funnels, automations, and integrations
- Design and deploy high-converting landing pages and sales funnels inside GHL
- Create advanced automation workflows for lead nurture, follow-up, reactivation, and customer lifecycle
- Set up multi-channel communication: email, SMS, voicemail drops, and pipeline-triggered actions
- Configure calendar integrations, booking automations, and reminder workflows
- Handle GHL SaaS mode, white-label agency setups, sub-account management, and snapshot creation
- Integrate GHL with third-party tools via webhooks, Zapier, ---------- , and direct API connections (Stripe, Twilio, etc.)
- Communicate directly with US-based clients via Loom walkthroughs, Zoom calls, and Slack
- Create SOPs and documentation for every system you build
- Design visually polished pages and interfaces - not just functional, but professional

Must-Haves (Non-Negotiable)
- 3+ years of hands-on GoHighLevel experience (sub-accounts, workflows, pipelines, SaaS mode, API integrations)
- Live portfolio links to GHL funnels/websites you've built (minimum 3 - send URLs in your application)
- Strong spoken English - you will be on video calls with US clients
- Experience with webhook/API integrations (GHL to external platforms)
- Comfortable with Hubstaff time tracking (screenshots every 10 minutes) from day one
- Willing to commit to full-time exclusivity after a trial period - no side clients
- Able to overlap with US Eastern Time for at least 4 hours daily

Nice-to-Haves
- Design skills (Figma, Adobe XD, Canva) - our clients expect beautiful builds, not just functional ones
- Experience with Whop, ClickFunnels, WordPress, or Shopify
- Experience building for coaches, course creators, or service-based businesses
- Familiarity with n8n or ---------- for automation beyond GHL's native features
- Any experience with AI/OpenAI API integrations inside GHL workflows

Compensation
- $1,500–$2,800/month USD depending on experience
- Part-time (20 hrs/week) to start, transitioning to full-time (40 hrs/week) after trial
- Paid via Wise on the 1st and 15th
- Long-term position - we're building a team, not looking for a one-off freelancer
