**Customer Service Representative**
Remote | Fashion eCommerce & Dropshipping | Part-time (2–4 hrs/day)
*With clear growth path to full-time*

We run a fashion dropshipping store and are looking for our first dedicated customer service hire — someone who takes ownership of the inbox, keeps customers happy, and helps build the support system around them.

This role starts at 2–4 hours per day. As the business grows and you prove yourself, hours will expand with it. The right person has a real path to becoming our full-time CS Manager.

**What we're looking for**

You've done this before. You know how fashion dropshipping works — long shipping windows, supplier delays, sizing questions — and you handle them without drama.

• Minimum 2 years in customer support, including at least 1 year in fashion dropshipping or print-on-demand
• Proven ability to manage supplier delays, missing orders, and long ETAs without escalating customer frustration
• Experience handling returns, refunds, and sizing complaints specific to fashion products
• Excellent written English — clear, professional, and consistent across every interaction
• Spoken English is a plus

**What you'll do**

• Handle all inbound customer emails — refunds, tracking, FAQs, and complaints — within a 24-hour response window
• Manage refund and complaint reporting with precision and consistency
• Contribute to and improve our internal SOPs and support documentation
• Maintain a professional, on-brand tone in every message — no duplicate emails, vague answers, or off-topic replies
• Stay reachable on ---------- during working hours and join weekly team video calls
