Cold Caller Closers Wanted (10+ Roles) - Remote - $1,500 to $4,000 Per Month OTE - Start Over Movement

**Job Type:** Full-time, Remote, Independent Contractor

**Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, **9:00 PM - 6:00 AM Philippines Time (PHT)** = 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Mississippi Central Time. Graveyard shift, no exceptions.

**Compensation:** $15 per day base + $100 commission per closed sale, uncapped

## About Start Over Movement

Start Over Movement is a growing network of local business chapters founded by Sir Marco Robinson. Our members are local business owners who refer business to each other, get marketing advice directly from Sir Marco, and receive a commission-only closer assigned to their business to help them generate more revenue.

Each chapter holds a maximum of 300 members, with only one business allowed per industry per chapter. Membership is £1,500 per year (UK) or $1,500 per year (US and Canada).

**Currently hiring: 10+ closers for Mississippi** (this is our minimum target, not a cap - we will hire every qualified closer we find)

This is part of a broader expansion to 100+ closers across all territories. Other active and upcoming chapters (currently full, expanding, or launching soon, future opportunities):

- Toronto, Canada

**Mississippi is where we are growing the team fastest right now.** Strong performers will be prioritised for placement in new territories as they launch.

## The Role

You are a cold caller closer. Full cycle sales. You open the call, qualify the business owner, handle objections, and close them into the chapter on the same call where possible. You are not an appointment setter. You are not booking calls for someone else to close. You own the close.

**Close hierarchy (in priority order):**
1. **Close on the call** - sign them up and take payment there and then
2. **Get them to the next FREE event** - Sir Marco attends in person, high conversion environment
3. **Book a Zoom follow-up** - for prospects who need more time

## Compensation Structure

### 14-Day Paid Trial

- **$15 per day base**, paid daily via Wise (for verified work days only - see Verification section)
- **Full commission on all sales closed during trial**: $100 USD per closed $1,500 membership, pro-rated on cash collected (example: $750 collected = $50 commission; full $100 once full membership clears)
- **Event attendee rule:** If a prospect you called attends a Start Over event and closes there, you get the full $100 commission. Attribution is based on who made the call that secured attendance.
- Commission paid every Friday, 7 days after sale clears
- Training, onboarding, and live coaching included throughout the trial
- Day 1: Onboarding, script training, shadowing, pass live roleplay by end of day
- Day 2 onwards: Full production on real calls with daily minimums

### Performance Gate to Continue

To keep the role beyond day 14, you must **earn $200 in commissions during the trial period** (equivalent to 2 full closed sales, or more in pro-rated partial payments).

- Hit the gate = ongoing role at $15/day + $100 per sale, uncapped
- Miss the gate = trial ends, final payment settled within 7 days

This gate exists because we want real closers. If you cannot close 2 sales in 14 days with our script, our leads, and our training, this role is not for you.

### Ongoing Role (Day 15+)

- $15 per day base, paid daily via Wise
- $100 commission per closed sale, pro-rated on cash collected
- Commission paid every Friday, 7 days after sale clears
- Payment via Wise, PayPal or Payoneer (your choice)
- **No cap on sales**

## Daily Work Standard

From **Day 2 of your trial onwards** (after Day 1 training and roleplay pass), you must meet ALL of these minimum standards on every working day:

**Daily minimums:**
- **300 dials OR 120 connects per day** (whichever you hit first)
- **10+ event bookings per day** (prospects committed to attend the next Start Over event) OR **1+ direct sale closed** OR **15+ strong Zoom follow-ups booked**

- "Dials" = outbound calls made, verified through our dialler system
- "Connects" = calls of 30 seconds or longer with a live contact (not voicemail)
- "Event bookings" = confirmed attendance at the next Start Over event (logged in tracker with contact details)
- Verified via GoHighLevel initially, Ringover shortly after onboarding

This is the bare minimum definition of a day's work. An experienced cold caller hits 300 dials comfortably within 5-6 hours of a 9-hour shift. If you cannot hit either threshold, you either did not work the full shift or did not put in real effort. Either way, the day is not complete.

**Audit and Fraud Prevention:** We audit random recorded calls daily (minimum 5 per contractor). Fabricated connects, dials to invalid numbers, use of mouse jigglers or activity simulation tools, fake call logs, or any misrepresentation of work performed = immediate termination. Pay for fabricated work is withheld or clawed back from future commission.

**Other daily expectations:**
- 5 days per week, Monday to Friday
- Working **9:00 PM - 6:00 AM PHT** (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Mississippi Central Time)
- Log every call in real time on the shared tracking spreadsheet
- Submit daily report to the Cold Caller Manager at end of shift
- Attend twice-weekly meetings with the Cold Caller Manager

**Graveyard shift warning:** This is a true overnight role from Philippines. You will be working 9pm to 6am, five nights a week. Please do not apply if you cannot genuinely commit to this long-term. People who quit in week 1 because "I didn't realise how hard graveyard is" waste everyone's time.

## Payment Verification

Payment is based on hours actually worked, verified by a combination of:
- **TimeProof** (screenshots and activity tracking, you install on your own machine via your OnlineJobs.ph account)
- **Dialler activity** (GoHighLevel initially, Ringover after onboarding)

Any material discrepancy between claimed hours and verified activity will result in payment adjusted to verified levels only.

## Termination

This is an independent contractor role. **The Company reserves the right to terminate this engagement at any time, with or without cause, and without notice.** Reasons may include but are not limited to:

- Failing to meet the daily 300 dial / 100 connect minimum
- Failing to hit the $400 commission gate within the 14-day trial
- Misrepresentation of hours, dials, connects, or work performed
- Any other reason at the Company's sole discretion

Upon termination, the Contractor is paid only for verified hours worked and commissions earned on sales closed prior to termination.

**Required:**
- Minimum 2 years phone sales experience (cold calling and closing)

- Fluent English with a clear, neutral accent
- Ability to work full 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM PHT graveyard shift, five nights a week

- **Own Zoom Pro account** (required for follow-up Zoom calls)
- Quiet, professional environment with no background noise
- Willingness to be recorded on every call for quality and coaching
- Ability to pass a live roleplay before going live on real calls
- TimeProof installed and running during all paid hours

- Have B2B sales experience, especially with small business owners

- Independent contractor agreement (you are not an employee)
- Governed by the laws of England and Wales
- 12 months non-solicit clause
- 2 years confidentiality clause
- Termination at will by either party, with or without cause, without notice
- Contractor covers own taxes in their country of residence
