We're a land development company in Murfreesboro, Tennessee acquiring off-market land with development potential. We need a Lead Acquisition Manager to own our pipeline — find the deals, work the leads, set the appointments, and manage the team. This is a leadership role where your work directly drives revenue.
Research and identify off-market land opportunities. Make daily outbound calls to property owners. Screen properties for zoning, flood, utilities, and lot yield. Qualify and follow up with leads on a structured schedule. Set appointments with motivated sellers. Manage outbound channels — cold calling, SMS, direct mail. Hold tea
3+ years in real estate acquisitions or wholesaling. Fluent English — spoken and written. Comfortable making 50+ calls per day. Experience managing a small team. Reliable internet (300mbps+). Quality microphone and headset. Available during US Central Time business hours.
