We are seeking a results-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing, you will be responsible for executing multi-channel campaigns and driving growth through SEO, paid media, social platforms, and email lifecycle management.

This role requires a forward-thinking marketer who stays ahead of the curve by integrating AI-driven tools into their workflow to maximize efficiency and search visibility.

Key Responsibilities
Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & AI Strategy
Execute on-page and technical SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and site authority.

Leverage AI SEO tools (such as Perplexity, Jasper, or SurferSEO) to optimize content for both traditional Search Engines and AI-driven Search Generative Experiences (SGE).

Implement AI-driven workflows for bulk keyword clustering, content gap analysis, and automated metadata generation.

Develop and implement backlink strategies, including manual outreach, guest posting, and identifying high-quality link-building opportunities.

Monitor the backlink profile to ensure link health and identify/disavow toxic links.

Monitor performance via Google Search Console and GA4 to identify growth opportunities.

Paid Advertising (Ads)
Launch and manage performance-based campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.

Conduct continuous A/B testing on ad copy, visuals, and landing pages to optimize conversion rates.

Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CAC, ROAS, and CTR.

Social Media
Manage day-to-day presence across social channels, ensuring consistent brand voice and community engagement.

Develop and schedule a content calendar that aligns with broader promotional goals.

Stay current with platform trends and AI-assisted content creation to maximize reach.


Email
Marketing
Build, test, and deploy email campaigns, including newsletters and automated nurture sequences.

Manage list segmentation and hygiene to ensure high deliverability and engagement.

Use data insights and AI-driven personalization to refine subject lines and content for improved open and click rates.

Qualifications
Experience: 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within a fast-paced or agency environment.

SEO Expertise: Proven experience in technical SEO, link-building, and utilizing AI tools to scale search performance.

Technical Proficiency: Strong command of Google Analytics 4, SEO platforms (Semrush/Ahrefs), and modern AI productivity/marketing tools.

Communication: Excellent copywriting and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.

Organization: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
