Senior Business Analyst
Indigenous Wealth
Remote (Philippines-based)
Business/Systems Analysts
Full time (Contract)
About the Role
* This is one of the most important hires we'll make this year. You'll report directly to the COO and work across the full breadth of the business, not in a silo.
* Indigenous Wealth is an Australian property investment consultancy that educates, empowers, and equips Indigenous Australians to build generational wealth through property investment. We're growing, and we need a Senior BA who can build the operational backbone to scale nationally.
* Our strategic framework is built on three pillars: Capability (can we deliver?), Growth (is it working commercially?), and Impact (are clients better off?). Your job is to make sure we can measure, track, and improve against all three, and that the processes, systems, and data underneath them actually work.
* This isn't a role where you write requirements documents and hand them off. You'll design first, then build, test, and implement, taking solutions from whiteboard through to working reality. You'll own things, shape how the business operates, and see the direct impact of your work every day.
What You'll Do
* Map and improve end-to-end business processes across every function (client engagement, relationships, property, contracts, settlement) so nothing falls through the cracks
* Design how work flows through each process, assess what applications are needed at each stage, and recommend whether additional workflow or document management systems are required
* Map the data the business needs across all its processes and ensure it is clean, connected, and trustworthy
* Evaluate, recommend, and build the dashboards and reporting that give leadership real-time visibility across our Capability, Growth, and Impact metrics
* Build and own company policies, procedures, and SOPs from the ground up
* Administer and optimise HubSpot CRM: workflows, automations, pipelines, and data quality. HubSpot is a core system in the business, so strong knowledge here means you add value from day one
* Design, build, and maintain an Intranet (SharePoint or equivalent) as the team's single source of truth, including document storage
*Act as the key internal contact for all technology and IT support matters, working with external vendors and help desks to resolve issues so the rest of the team can stay focused on their roles
* Work directly with the COO to continuously improve how the business operates
What You Bring
- Every item below matters. In your cover letter, address each one with a real example or honest reflection, not a generic sentence.
* Exceptionally capable and naturally humble. No ego. You let your work speak for itself.
* 4-6 years in business analysis or a similar role where you wore multiple hats. You've been resourceful, not just followed a playbook.
* Strong HubSpot CRM experience. You've built workflows, automations, dashboards, and reporting, not just used someone else's setup.
* Ability to evaluate dashboard and reporting tools and build within them, not just read what someone else has created.
* Ability to design, build, and maintain an Intranet (SharePoint or equivalent), including document storage.
* A track record of building processes and policies from scratch, in a business that didn't have them yet.
* Sharp analytical mind with communication skills to match. You see patterns, solve problems, and explain what you found clearly.
* Excellent written and spoken English. You'll communicate daily with senior leadership in Australia and need to be clear, concise, and confident.
* High professionalism. You'll work with the COO and the Founder, and you need to hold your own.
* Self-driven. You see gaps, flag them, and fix them without being told.
Nice to Have
* Don't tick every box? If you're sharp, curious, and back yourself, we still want to hear from you. Experience in property, financial services, or consulting is a plus. So is familiarity with tools like Xero,
Our Values
* These aren't words on a wall. They guide how we work and who we hire: Connection (lasting relationships), Integrity (clients' best interests, always), Accountability (do what we say), Action (do the work, not just talk about it), and Excellence (quality in everything).
Why This Role?
* You'll report directly to the COO. You'll have genuine influence. The environment is professional but not stuffy. We move fast, back each other, and don't hide behind corporate jargon. If you want a role where your work actually matters, this is it.
* This is a contract role, but you'll be treated as a core member of the team. Competitive salary commensurate with experience. Working hours: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Manila Time (10:00 AM to 6:00 PM AEST). Flexibility to occasionally extend beyond core hours when the business needs it is appreciated.
