JOB OVERVIEW

Hi! We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented VA to support daily content production for TikTok.

This role focuses on simple, repeatable tasks related to video editing and uploading. If you’re organized, fast, and comfortable working with mobile apps or social media tools, you’ll do well here.

This is a long-term opportunity for someone who wants consistent work and clear expectations. Bonuses and pay raises based on performance.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Editing short 7-15 second videos (basic cuts, text overlays, syncing with sound - this takes 2-3 minutes to edit and post because they are very short videos and you’ll be using templates)
• Posting videos to TikTok
• Following step-by-step instructions for posting content
• Organizing files and keeping things labeled properly
• Completing a set number of videos each day

Everything is structured and easy to follow once you get the hang of it.

Requirements
• Based in the Philippines
• Good, stable internet connection
• Able to work daily and stay consistent
• Comfortable using apps like TikTok, CapCut, or similar tools
• Able to follow instructions closely
• Great written English

Experience is helpful, but not required if you’re willing to learn quickly.

• Communicates clearly and checks in when needed

• Wants steady, long-term work

Pay & Schedule
• Pay: $3-$4 per hour
• Training is 4 hours/day - Once trained you can do 8 hours/day
• Flexible schedule, but consistency is important
