Etsy Customer Service Virtual Assistant

Pay: $4.50 per hour
Hours: 5 to 10 hours per week
Schedule: Must be available on both weekdays and weekends
This role requires quick response times during working hours

About the Role
Aria Bella Candles is an established Etsy shop specializing in personalized candle favors for weddings, bridal showers, and events. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Virtual Assistant to manage daily customer communication and ensure an excellent customer experience.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly responsive, organized, and confident communicating in clear, natural English.

Responsibilities
-Respond to Etsy messages in a timely and professional manner
-Answer customer questions about products, personalization, and orders
Handle common issues such as:
-Shipping delays
-Address changes
-Order clarifications
-Minor complaints or concerns

-Encourage reviews from happy customers using the provided templates
-Flag any complex or sensitive situations for approval
-Maintain a calm, helpful, and polished tone in all communication

Requirements
-Excellent written English with a natural, conversational tone
-Strong attention to detail
-Experience working inside an Etsy shop (know the seller side of the platform)
-Ability to follow instructions and templates exactly
-Reliable internet connection
-Ability to work independently and stay organized
-Must be highly responsive during working hours
