About Us
We are a UK-based maintenance contracting company, CIS-registered and 3 years in operation. We deliver reactive maintenance, planned works, and void property contracts for major infrastructure and housing clients across the UK. We are growing steadily and looking for the right person to grow with us long-term.

The Role
We need a proactive VA to manage our contract application and registration pipeline — ensuring we are registered on the right portals and submitting quality applications for new work opportunities.
Your core responsibilities will include:
• Researching contract and tender opportunities on UK procurement portals (e.g. Find a Tender, Proactis, In-Tend, Coupa)
• Completing company registrations and PQQs on contractor and client portals
• Submitting tender applications for reactive maintenance, planned, and void works
• Tracking submission deadlines, portal statuses, and follow-ups
• General admin support as required

What We’re Looking For
• Background in admin for a construction, maintenance, or facilities management company is highly desirable — understanding the industry language and workflow will make you effective from day one
• Familiarity with UK procurement, social housing, or local authority clients is a strong bonus
• Excellent written English — you will be representing us in formal applications
• Highly organised, self-sufficient, and deadline-driven
• Prior VA or business development admin experience preferred
