Job Title: Senior Customer Service & Inside Sales – Lawn Care (Work From Home – Philippines)

Hours: 40 hours per week (US time – Denver, Colorado)
Pay: $1,500–$2,500 USD per month (depending on skill and experience) + performance bonus

We already work with tea ---------- mbers in the Philippines and are now looking for experienced lawn care sales reps to join us long?term.

Your Role
This is a senior Customer Service & Inside Sales role. We are looking for someone who:
Speaks excellent English (clear, neutral accent)
Has proven experience selling lawn care services:
Lawn mowing / lawn maintenance
Fertilization and weed control
Other green industry or home services

Your main goals:
Respond fast to new leads and make a great first impression
Explain our services clearly and close new customers
Follow up on quotes until you get a clear “yes” or “no”
Upsell existing customers into packages and pre?pay offers

Daily Tasks
Call or text new leads within a few minutes during your shift
Ask questions to understand the property and what the customer needs
Send quotes using our templates and pricing
Follow up with people who received quotes but haven’t d ---------- yet
Call or text current customers about:
Adding fertilization/weed control
Moving from per?mow billing to seasonal/pre?pay
Seasonal cleanups or other add?ons
Handle basic customer service:
Schedule changes
Simple questions about services
Payment issues (failed cards, updating card on file)
Log every contact and outcome in our CRM
You will have scripts, training, and support, but we expect you to take ownership of your results.

Requirements
Must?haves:
Excellent spoken and written English
Clear, easy to understand on the phone
Neutral or very light accent

Proven experience in lawn care sales, such as:
-Selling lawn mowing / lawn maintenance
-Selling fertilization and weed control programs
-Working for a lawn care / landscaping company (sales or high?level CSR)

2+ years in:
Inside sales, outbound sales, or call center with closing responsibilities
Comfortable working with targets and KPIs (calls, quotes, revenue closed)
Can work US hours and some Saturdays (day/evening in Denver time)
Quiet home office, fast and stable internet, computer, and good headset
Looking for a full?time, long?term role (not freelance/part?time)

Nice to have:
Experience with CRMs, dialers, or helpdesk tools
Experience in other home services (pest control, HVAC, cleaning, etc.)

What We Offer
Full?time, 40 hours/week, work from home
Salary: $1,500–$2,500 USD/month depending on experience and skill
60?day trial period with training and clear targets
Performance bonuses for hitting/exceeding revenue goals
