JOB OVERVIEW

Hi, I’m currently looking for a Virtual Assistant for the following tasks:

Creating email campaigns using Klaviyo
Full social media management (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) including influencer management and reaching out
Creating and posting content (including graphics) photos and video/reels for instagram using Canva or similar
Responding to comments and engaging with followers
Reaching out to micro-influencers
Tracking outreach and basic admin/data entry
Creating blogs
Other Ecom related work

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years experience as a Virtual Assistant for a product-based e-commerce brand.

Expertise in AI tools for content creation (CapCut, ChatGPT, Canva Magic Studio).
Proven track record in reaching out to influencers and securing brand collaborations.
Experience with Shopify/WooCommerce backend management and basic SEO implementation.
Highly organised and capable of managing daily tasks via Trello/Asana independently.
Verified Experience needed with social media management
Verified Experience needed with Klaviyo
Experience needed Creating blogs

E-commerce & Blog Management
Platform Knowledge: 1–2+ years working in the backend of Shopify ( ---------- ) or WooCommerce (uploading products, managing tags).
SEO Writing: Experience writing or editing blog posts that include keywords and meta-tags to drive organic traffic.
SEO Tools: Familiarity with Google Search Console or Ahrefs/SEMrush to track website rankings.

Must be available for UK working hours

Details:

Monday to friday Uk working hours
7 hours per day
Salary: $600 per month
