The brand designs premium silicone nipple covers that disappear under clothing, giving women a seamless and comfortable alternative to traditional bras. Jolene has grown quickly through community, creator partnerships and organic social media, with thousands of customers discovering the brand through TikTok and word of mouth.

As the business enters its next stage of growth, we are looking for a hands-on TikTok Shop Creator & Operations VA to work directly with the founder to scale brand awareness, partnerships and marketing campaigns.

Overview
We’re looking for a proactive and highly organised Virtual Assistant to support the day?to?day
operations of our TikTok Shop Creator Programme. You’ll be directly involved in creator
communication, outreach, and campaign coordination - keeping everything running smoothly
behind the scenes as we scale a fast?growing creator channel.

This is a fast?paced, hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives on structure, multitasking, and
helping creators succeed.

Key Responsibilities
Manage creator activity within TikTok Shop:
- Communicate with creators daily (messages, follow?ups, support)
- Send briefs and coordinate content requirements
- Assist with creator outreach and sourcing
- Manage sample requests within TikTok Shop Seller Centre
- Maintain accurate tracking of creators and activity
- Support general admin tasks across campaigns
- Ensure smooth execution of creator onboarding and deliverables

Requirements
- Strong written English skills
- Highly organised and detail?oriented
- Proactive, reliable, and responsive
- Comfortable managing multiple conversations at once
- Able to work independently
- Experience with TikTok Shop, influencer marketing, or creator outreach
- Familiarity with spreadsheets or tracking systems (e.g. Google Sheets)
- (Bonus) Experience with TikTok Shop Seller Center or similar e?commerce platforms

- Fast?paced, execution?focused environment
- Clear processes and expectations
- Communication through Slack/Email/WhatsApp (depending on workflow)
- Flexible hours with some overlap with GMT working hours preferred
