Hi there,

We are currently looking for a service-oriented and friendly Virtual Assistant (VA) with strong social media management and strategy skills for a long-term opportunity.

About us

We are VA Portal, a Europe-based agency with an all-female team. You will be contracted through us and matched with one of our clients.

We operate on a small margin per hour, but our priority is to offer stable, long-term work and consistent income for our VAs.

About the client

You will support a female health coach. She is mainly focused on coaching sessions, client work, and readings, and needs support to grow her business and manage her online presence strategically.

Your responsibilities

• Social media management and strategy (this is a key part of the role)
• Content creation for social media
• Canva designs and presentations
• Administrative tasks
• General day-to-day support

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant
• Proven experience with social media management and strategy
• A friendly, service-oriented attitude
• Strong communication skills
• Reliable, proactive, and well-organized
• Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Working hours & compensation

• Fixed 10 hours per week with option to expand hours
• Trial period (8 weeks): $4.50 per hour
• After successful trial: $5.50 per hour
• +10% bonus on all hours worked (can be used as 13th month bonus or converted into paid leave)
