JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking to bring on a skilled Credit Repair Specialist with strong experience in consumer law, advanced dispute strategies, and fast, effective results.

This is a part-time role to start, with a clear path to full-time and increased compensation as we scale.

What We’re Looking For:

* Strong understanding of FCRA, FDCPA, and consumer protection laws (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
* Ability to use consumer law to produce fast, ethical, and permanent deletions — not temporary removals or simple updates
* Experience with data breach sweeps / identity-based deletion strategies for clients seeking the fastest possible results
* Ability to dispute and remove:
* Late payments
* Charge-offs
* Collections
* Repossessions
* Inquiries
* Bankruptcies
* Closed & open accounts
* Familiarity with:
* CFPB, FTC, BBB complaint escalation
* DisputeFox or similar software
* Experian, TransUnion, Equifax dispute systems
* Ability to produce clean, consistent, and permanent results
* Understanding of litigation-based dispute strategies (highly preferred)

What You’ll Be Doing:

* Managing client credit profiles and dispute rounds
* Executing advanced, law-based dispute strategies (not just basic templates)
* Running data breach & identity-based sweeps where appropriate
* Escalating cases through CFPB, FTC, BBB when needed
* Identifying violations and leveraging them for deletion
* Providing strategic insight on complex files
