JOB OVERVIEW

We are hiring a top level video editor to turn a finished script into a visually strong, high retention long form video.

This is not basic editing.

We need someone who can match each part of the script with the right visuals, pacing, stock footage, motion graphics, text, sound design, and scene changes.

The style we want is similar to high retention documentary style YouTube videos, with strong hooks, fast pacing, tension, and premium visual storytelling.

You must be good at:
Long form editing
Motion graphics
Visual research
Stock footage sourcing
Sound design
Pacing and retention
Documentary style storytelling
