About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented E-commerce & Social Media Assistant to support our growing handmade accessories brand. This role involves managing product listings across multiple platforms and handling end-to-end social media content creation and scheduling.
Key Responsibilities
????? E-commerce Management
Upload and update product listings on Shopify, Etsy, and Faire
Write SEO-friendly product titles, descriptions, and tags
Edit and optimize product images (basic edits, resizing, background clean-up)
Maintain accurate inventory and pricing updates
Ensure all listings align with brand aesthetics and guidelines
???? Social Media Management
Create engaging content (Reels, posts, stories) for platforms like Instagram,
Plan and schedule content using tools like Later or Buffer
Write captions, hooks, and hashtags to increase engagement and reach
Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual style
Share regular updates and content calendars for approval
Requirements
Experience with Shopify, Etsy, or similar e-commerce platforms
Strong understanding of social media trends and content creation
Basic graphic design or video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, etc.)
Good written English and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Interest in handmade products, fashion, or small business branding (preferred)
