JOB OVERVIEW

We are hiring a Senior Sales Rep for Little Pixies Studios, a premium children’s portrait studio in the UK.

This is a phone sales role for someone who is excellent at building trust quickly, handling emotional conversations well, and confidently securing paid bookings from warm leads.

**This role is best suited to someone who understands motherhood who has strong phone sales ability, because the conversations are emotionally led and centred around speaking with mums.**

This is not a customer support role and it is not a cold calling role.
You will be speaking to warm inbound leads and follow-up leads, helping them book our fairy tale photo shoot experience and secure their paid booking.

Pay
35,000 PHP base salary + Uncapped commission

Realistic OTE: 60,000 PHP+ per month (Strong performers can earn more)

Schedule
Monday - Saturday UK hours

What problem does this role solve for the business?
Filling our photography calendar with qualified bookings by building trust and persuading mothers our shoots are work their investment.

What you’ll be doing:
- Calling warm leads quickly and confidently
- Following up persistently until leads are booked or genuinely abandoned
- Building rapport fast and making mums feel understood
- Securing paid bookings and deposits over the phone
- Managing your pipeline properly inside GoHighLevel
- Sending follow-ups through our systems when needed
- Giving honest feedback on lead quality, objections, and sales process issues
- Taking ownership of results

Standards for this role:
- Minimum 15% close rate
- Fast follow-up speed
- 5-minute call time on new leads
- Consistent pipeline management
- Strong follow-up discipline

You are probably a strong fit if:
- You are a mother or have motherhood products/ services
- You have at least 2 years of phone sales / telesales / transactional sales experience
- You are excellent at building rapport and handling emotional sales conversations
- You are highly fluent in English with trusted accent (e.g. American, British, Irish, South African)
- You sound polished, clear, and trustworthy on the phone
- You are confident asking for the sale
- You are self-sufficient, organised, and performance-driven
- You take feedback well and care about improving

Strong preference for people with experience in:
- Luxury sales / Emotional sales (Photography sales, Fitness sales, Luxury vehicle, High-trust phone sales)
- Any role where rapport, emotion, and follow-up mattered more than hard-pressure tactics
- Clear, trust building Accent / phone presence

This is a high-trust phone role, so your spoken English must sound polished, natural, and easy for UK customers to trust.
