JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a sharp, fast, and detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist to join our growing e-commerce team.
This is not a beginner role — we only hire people who already understand how professional customer service works in e-commerce.

What you’ll do

- Handle daily customer support tickets via Reamaze
- Respond to customers using structured templates (and improve them where needed)
- Process refunds, resends, and order-related issues in Shopify
- Work efficiently under time pressure while maintaining accuracy
- Spot recurring problems and proactively suggest improvements

?? Working hours
- 2 hours per day
- Fixed schedule (you must clock in at the same time every day)
- Monday – Saturday

Compensation

$4.5 per hour
Long-term opportunity if performance is strong

Requirements (IMPORTANT)

- Proven experience in e-commerce customer service
- Experience with Reamaze (REQUIRED – applications without this will be rejected)
- Experience with Shopify
- Able to work with templates AND think independently
- Fast typing and quick decision-making
- High attention to detail (mistakes are not acceptable)
- Strong written English (clear, professional, no grammar mistakes)

What we’re really looking for

We don’t want someone who just replies to tickets.
We want someone who:
- Thinks in solutions, not problems
- Works fast without losing quality
- Takes ownership
- Can handle pressure without getting sloppy
- Improves systems instead of blindly following them

Do NOT apply if:

- You have no Reamaze experience
- You need constant supervision
- You work slowly or make frequent mistakes
- You copy-paste without understanding

How to apply (IMPORTANT FILTER)

To make sure you actually read this:
Start your application with:
"I work fast and precise – ready to prove it."
Then include:
- Your Reamaze experience (specific examples)
- Your Shopify experience
- Your typing speed (WPM)
A short example of how you would handle this case:
Customer received wrong size – what do you do?
Applications that do NOT follow this will be ignored.
