About us:
We’re Bulletproof Cycling. We coach cyclists 50+ to ride stronger for longer without wrecking their life. Clients are mostly successful professionals and retired entrepreneurs who take their goals seriously.

We’re now hiring Remote Appointment Setters to help us handle the volume of warm leads coming in. You do not have to generate your own leads. Your job is simple: talk to riders who already requested more information and book them into the next call.

What you’ll do
Speak to warm leads from our funnels (inbound leads, reactivation lists, and existing conversations).
Use proven scripts to start and continue conversations via email, and short calls.
Qualify interest and book appointments for our closer.
Follow up with riders who haven’t replied or haven’t booked yet.
Hit clear daily and weekly targets (conversations started, appointments booked, show rate).
Log activity and notes in our CRM so the closer has context.
You are not selling the full program. Your focus is high?quality appointments.

Pay and progression

This role includes:
A fixed monthly amount plus
Additional pay that increases with your performance
Most new tea ---------- mbers who meet target activity and quality metrics earn around $3000–$3500 per month once ramped. Strong performers who consistently exceed targets can earn more and may be considered for more senior roles over time.

You’re a fit if:
You can work UK evenings / business hours and be available for live conversations.
You like using scripts and can also adapt based on feedback.
You’re motivated by improving your numbers and seeing that reflected in your pay.
You have reliable internet, a working computer, a webcam, and a quiet place to work.
Requirements:

Strong written and spoken English.
Comfortable on Zoom and phone.
Able to work Mon–Sa, 9am –5pm UK
