JOB OVERVIEW

**???? Hiring: Senior Creative Strategist (High-Volume | Meta Ads | Fashion E-commerce)**

We are a fast-scaling **fashion dropshipping brand** looking for a **top-tier Creative Strategist** who can produce **high-converting creatives at scale** and actively find new winning ideas.

This is a **performance-driven role**. If you don’t understand what makes ads convert, this is not for you.

### ???? Your Responsibilities

* Create **30-40 videos per day**:

* Video ads (9:16) with & without voice-over
* UGC-style, collages, “ugly ads”, product-focused creatives
* Develop creatives for:

* Product pages
* Collection pages
* Ad testing campaigns

### ???? Creative Research & Strategy

* Daily research on **Facebook Ads Library** to find winning ads in our market
* Identify:

* Winning hooks
* Angles
* Offers
* Formats that are currently working
* Bring **new creative ideas every single day**

### ???? Tracking & Optimization

* Maintain a **daily tracking spreadsheet**:

* Log creatives produced
* Track performance (CTR, CPA, etc.)
* Identify winners & scale angles
* Analyze what’s working in our store and **iterate fast**

### ? What We’re Looking For

* Strong experience in **e-commerce / dropshipping (fashion preferred)**
* Deep understanding of:

* **Direct response marketing**
* **High CTR creatives**
* Conversion-focused ad structures
* Ability to work **fast, consistently, and independently**

* AI tools (for creative production & ideation)
* Freepik
* Higgsfield/ kling (motion/video editing)
* Canva
* ElevenLabs (voice-over)
