We’re expanding fast and looking for a high-performing Call Center Agent / Lead Setter to join our team.
This is a rare opportunity to get in early with a rapidly growing dental marketing company working with top-tier practices across the U.S.

Full-Time (40 hours/week)
$4/hour + bonus potential

What We’re Looking For:
Strong sales background (required)
Proven ability to handle calls, build rapport, and book appointments
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
Driven by goals, KPIs, and results
Excellent customer service + phone presence
Clear, fluent English (non-negotiable)
Experience with Go High Level is a strong plus

Your Role:

Call and follow up with inbound leads
Build trust and guide prospects toward booking a consultation
Handle objections and keep conversations focused on outcomes
Help drive revenue and growth for our clients
