JOB OVERVIEW

We're an e-commerce company running multiple DTC Shopify brands jewelry, fasion niches. We're scaling fast and looking for a reliable, detail-obsessed product lister to join our team long-term.

What You'll Do

Create Shopify product listings that are fully Google Merchant Center (GMC) compliant — titles, descriptions, attributes, categories, all clean and correct.
Generate realistic AI fashion images using Freepik (and other tools) — images with real-looking models, proper lighting, and natural poses. No "AI-looking" images.
Use Claude and ChatGPT to work efficiently — writing descriptions, checking compliance, speeding up repetitive work.
Double-check every listing before marking it done. Mistakes cost us money and ad accounts.
Share ideas and feedback on how we can improve listings, visuals, and workflows. We want a teammate, not just a task-doer.

Must-Haves

Proven experience with Shopify product listings (please share examples).
Experience generating AI images with Freepik or similar tools — must be able to produce realistic fashion/product photography with models.
Detail-oriented to the point where you re-check your own work before submitting.
Comfortable using Claude and ChatGPT daily to work faster and smarter.
Familiarity with GMC policies and common disapproval reasons.
Reliable internet and ability to commit to consistent hours.

Schedule

First weeks (mandatory): Available 14:00–19:00 Philippine Time. Hours may extend depending on workload.
After onboarding: Schedule becomes more flexible once you're up to speed and delivering consistently.

Pay & Growth

Starting: $3/hour
Growth: up to $8/hour based on quality, speed, reliability, and the value you bring.
