Job overview

We are a commercial cleaning company looking for a reliable and motivated Virtual Assistant to help grow our business. Your main job is to find leads for commercial cleaning contracts — offices, warehouses, medical clinics, retail stores, and similar businesses. You will also manage our social media pages to attract new clients and keep our online presence active and professional.

Daily tasks
?
Research and build a list of commercial leads (property managers, building owners, facility managers, offices, etc.)

?
Send cold emails, LinkedIn messages, and follow-ups to prospects

?
Create and schedule posts on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok

?
Design simple graphics using Canva (before/after photos, promotions, tips)

?
Track all leads and outreach in a Google Sheet or CRM

?
Send a weekly report showing leads found, messages sent, and social media results

Requirements
?
At least 1 year experience in lead generation or appointment setting

?
Experience managing social media pages for a business (please provide examples)

?
Good written English — for outreach messages and social media captions

?
Knows how to use Google Sheets, Canva, and Meta Business Suite

?
Reliable internet connection and own computer/laptop

?
Can work independently and meet weekly targets

Nice to have
?
Experience working with cleaning, janitorial, or property service companies

?
Familiar with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
?
Experience with basic video editing for Reels or TikTok content
