GRAPHIC DESIGNER: FAST-TURN CREATIVE ASSETS
Full-time / Part-time | 20–40 hrs/week | Remote | Long-term Relationship

ABOUT US
We're a marketing agency called Motive ( ---------- ) serving personal brands. We handle social media, video, podcasts, ads, slide decks, keynote presentations, and web projects for a range of high-profile clients, and we need a graphic designer who can keep up with our growth.

This is a long-term position. We're not looking for a one-off freelancer. We want someone who becomes a trusted part of our creative team and grows with us.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Design social media graphics, story templates, carousels, and branded content, often within same-day turnaround.
- Create thumbnails, event graphics, promotional materials, and presentation assets.
- Resize and adapt existing assets across multiple platforms and formats quickly.
- Maintain brand consistency across multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Receive feedback and revise assets fast. We often need a second version within an hour.
- Organize and manage design files in shared folders so the team can always find what they need.
- Collaborate directly with our team via Slack throughout your day.

MUST-HAVES

Tools:
- Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
- Adobe InDesign (a plus)
- Google Drive or Dropbox file management

Skills & traits:
- Strong typography and layout sense
- Excellent English comprehension
- Comfortable receiving fast, direct feedback
- Available during US Central Time hours

WHAT SETS THE RIGHT PERSON APART

We're not looking for the most technically advanced designer. We're looking for someone who is fast, reliable, and easy to work with. You take direction well, ask clarifying questions upfront, and don't disappear when things get busy. You know how to work across multiple brand styles without blending them together.

Experience in faith-based, nonprofit, or speaker/coaching content is a bonus, but not required.

POSITION DETAILS:
Hours: 20–40 hrs/week (flexible based on workload)
Type: Long-term, ongoing
Timezone: Must have strong overlap with US Central Time (CST)
Communication: Slack. Responsive during work hours if possible.
Portfolio: Required. Link in your application.
