Salary: $176USD/month
Schedule: Saturday and Sunday: 9 AM- 2 PM / 1 PM- 6 PM
Type: Long-term, stable
Industry: Local Service Businesses / Social Media Lead Operations

About the Role

This is **not** a creative role, **not** social media management, and **not** fast-paced.

This is a **precision-based execution role**. You will review incoming leads from Facebook groups and ---------- , identify the correct industry, and respond using the correct client profile while following strict rules every time.

If you enjoy structured, repetitive work and accuracy, this role is a good fit.

If you prefer creativity or variety, this role is not for you.

Responsibilities

- Review social media leads from a live spreadsheet
- Identify the correct industry per lead
- Respond using the correct client profile
- Follow strict tone, grammar, and formatting rules
- Use checklists and SOPs to avoid errors
- Maintain accuracy during long, focused shifts

- At least **2 monitors** (3 preferred)
- Comfortable with repetitive work
- Strong attention to detail
- Clear, grammatically correct English
- Follows instructions exactly
- Can commit to a fixed shift
- Open to feedback and coaching

Not a Fit If You:

- Get bored with repetitive tasks
- Prefer creative or strategy work
- Dislike structured processes
- Rush tasks or multitask
- “Wing it” instead of following rules

Tools

Google Sheets, Google Chrome (Remote Desktop), ChatGPT (assist only), internal SOPs, Notion

What Success Looks Like

High accuracy, correct client profile every time, calm pace, minimal corrections

Accuracy over speed.

How to Apply (Important)

Include **all** of the following:

1. Number of monitors you use **with a photo**
2. A short example of a repetitive task you’ve done well
3. The phrase **“Accuracy over speed”** in your message

Applications that don’t follow instructions will not be reviewed.
