ABOUT US
We're two US-based co-founders building a services company for the medical spa industry (think: nice salons that also offer Botox and laser treatments). The industry is growing fast, and most of these businesses are owned by solo operators who are drowning in the day-to-day of running them. We help them get their time and their business back.

We're at the very beginning — you would be our first hire. This means you will see how a company gets built from zero. Your work will directly shape how we run the business going forward. What you build in your first 90 days becomes the playbook for everyone who joins after you. We want someone who wants to grow with us long-term, not someone looking for one more gig.

This is NOT a front desk role. This is NOT a data entry role. This is a "right hand" role where you help one of the founders get 10x more done.

WHAT YOU'D ACTUALLY DO
No two weeks will look the same. We're early-stage, which means there will always be a new challenge, a new opportunity, or something we haven't figured out yet. If you want a predictable, same-thing-every-day role, this isn't it. If you get energy from variety and from figuring out new things, keep reading.

A typical week might include any of the following:

RESEARCH AND PROSPECT BUILDING. Building target lists of potential customers, researching their businesses on Instagram/LinkedIn/Google, finding contact info, noting interesting angles for outreach.

DRAFTING OUTREACH. Personalized emails, LinkedIn messages, and follow-ups to prospects. I'll review and approve, and you'll learn our voice fast and get better every week.

BUILDING SOPs. Every time we do something twice, you document how we do it. Our SOP library becomes one of the most valuable things we own.

SCHEDULING AND COORDINATION. My calendar, meetings with prospects and partners, travel, follow-ups.

VENDOR RESEARCH. We work with software, compliance, marketing, and supply vendors. You'll research options, compare, and summarize for me.

INBOX AND COMMUNICATION SUPPORT. Drafting replies, flagging what's important, keeping things from falling through the cracks.

GENERAL "FIGURE IT OUT" WORK. When something new comes up and neither of us has time to do it, you take it, figure it out, and come back with a recommendation.

You will use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, others) heavily. We expect this. We don't want you writing every email from scratch when AI can give you a first draft in 30 seconds.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

THE MUST-HAVES:
EXCELLENT WRITTEN ENGLISH. You write clearly, professionally, and you can match different tones (warm cold outreach, crisp internal updates, formal vendor emails).

HIGH AGENCY. When you get a task, you don't wait for step-by-step instructions. You figure out what "done" looks like, clarify anything truly ambiguous upfront, and drive it to finished.

AI FLUENCY. You already use ChatGPT/Claude/similar daily. You know when to use them and when not to. You can explain how you prompt them.

COMFORTABLE TELLING ME WHEN YOU NEED MORE WORK. If you finish your tasks by Wednesday, you tell me and ask what's next. Coasting quietly is the one thing that won't work here.

RELIABLE ASYNC COMMUNICATOR. Daily check-ins, Loom videos when text is harder, clear status updates, nothing goes dark.

AVAILABLE DURING 8AM–12PM MANILA TIME for overlap with me. Rest of your hours are on your own schedule.

THE NICE-TO-HAVES:
Experience with a US small business or startup. Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Close, etc.). Sales/BDR background. Any healthcare, wellness, or beauty industry exposure.

YOU DO NOT NEED:
A degree. Prior med spa experience (we'll teach you).

THE DETAILS
HOURS. 30+ hours/week to start, growing to full-time (40 hours) within 120 days based on performance.

SCHEDULE. 3 hours overlap with me (9am–12pm Manila), remaining hours on your own schedule.

PAY. $11/hour straight. We're paying above the typical OnlineJobs.ph range on purpose — we want top-tier people and expect top-tier work. Quarterly performance reviews with raises for great work. Discretionary bonuses for specific wins (for example, $500 the first time an outreach campaign you built generates a closed customer).

START. As soon as we find the right person.

LONG-TERM. We want someone for the long haul. If you're building your career, we want to build it with you.

If your application stands out, I'll invite you to a short paid trial project ($30 flat for roughly 3 hours of work) so we can see how you think and work. The trial is a real task — the work you do will actually be useful to us.

From there, I'll pick one person for a 2-week paid trial period at the full rate, and if that goes well, we hire.
