JOB OVERVIEW

I’m hiring a full-time Dating App Manager to run my Hinge and Tinder profiles.

You must have prior experience managing dating apps for paying clients.

This role requires understanding how to safely operate accounts from a different location without triggering bans.

If you don’t understand device/IP structure, geo-consistency, session stability, and how to avoid cross-account contamination — do not apply.

This is not mass swiping. This is precision.

What You’ll Do

Operate accounts safely from a separate location using proper infrastructure
(clean devices, non-flagged IP setup, no random VPN usage, no shared/burned devices)

Swipe strategically based on my exact type (I’ll provide examples)

Start and carry natural, confident, flirty conversations in my tone

Pre-qualify and send high-quality leads daily (not raw matches)

Pace activity properly to avoid flags or throttling

Work Chicago timezone (morning + evening shifts preferred)

Weekend availability is a plus

Full-time. Performance-based.
