JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for talented video editors with experience creating AI content. This is a full-time role where you will be expected to work well within a team. Ideally, you have experience with AI video tools such as Veo3, HeyGen, Higgsfield, CapCut, and ChatGPT. You will be responsible for creating videos from scratch using AI tools, not just editing existing footage.

While being familiar with certain AI video editing apps as listed you have to be able to quickly adapt to new software with the purpose of improving video quality and further AI video designs.

This role is focused on high volume, high quality short-form content creation. You will be working on realistic AI videos, talking content, and product-style videos, with the goal of scaling output across multiple accounts.

Main Responsibilities:
• Create and edit AI related content
• Follow scripts exactly as provided (word for word)
• Recreate high-performing videos and produce variations at scale
• Create realistic, natural looking videos (not robotic or over-edited)
• Be able to respond quickly, great at communication (English is heavily preferred) and have the ability to efficiently create AI content
• Have the ability to learn quickly and adapt according to market trends
• Assist in increasing output to multiple videos per day across different formats

• Create quality AI content for social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, etc.
• Quality work station such as environment and computer/laptop
• Dedicated and willing to work hard
• Great communication & fast internet speeds
• Be available on ---------- and Slack
• Ability to accept feedback and follow instructions
• Understand and speak English well
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high output environment

• You must be able to follow instructions very closely
• Attention to detail is extremely important in this role
• We prioritize execution, speed, and consistency
• You will be expected to produce multiple pieces of content daily (including variations)
• As you improve, you will take on more responsibility in the content creation process

Compensation & Growth:

$350–$500/month base with performance bonuses

This is a full-time role with a fixed monthly salary.

Performance-based bonuses are also provided based on output, quality, and overall content performance.

High performers will have the opportunity to earn more over time as they take on greater responsibility and increase content output.
