We are looking for an experienced Meta Media Buyer and Creative Strategist who wants to take full ownership, build a proper system, and lead the paid media of a growing premium ecommerce brand.
About the Role
Our brand sells a premium natural product on Meta
You will own Meta paid media strategy, customer persona research, creative angle development, testing structure, cutting and scaling decisions, and weekly reporting. You will also communicate regularly and walk us through your decisions clearly.
Who We Are Looking For
Proven track record scaling ecommerce brands profitably on Meta.
Your own performance tracking and creative testing system. Please be ready to share a sample or redacted example.
Clear, repeatable cutting and scaling logic.
Comfortable with AI and creative tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Canva, CapCut, Midjourney, Runway, Triple Whale, Motion, Foreplay, or similar. You are welcome to use any tools you feel comfortable with and able to use effectively.
Strong written and spoken English.
Autonomous, reliable, and able to lead rather than wait for instructions.
Engagement and Hours
We are looking for an intermediate to senior level Media Buyer and Creative Strategist. Full time remote is preferred, though we are open to starting part time with the right candidate and a path to full time as the working relationship develops. Expected hours are between 20 and 40 per week depending on engagement and preference. Please propose the rate that works best for you based on your experience.
