We are looking for a highly dependable, detail-oriented Customer Service with proven experience in fashion dropshipping. Who thrives in a fast-paced environment, works independently, and consistently delivers accurate, high-quality results. This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations—from customer communication to supplier coordination and order fulfillment. Many customer interactions will be supported by AI tools, so efficiency and adaptability are key.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage daily workflows using internal spreadsheets and operational tools, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date
• Respond to HelpScout tickets efficiently (target: 30–40 tickets per hour) while maintaining high-quality support
• Handle return requests in line with company policy, including offering resolutions such as discounts, refunds, or return instructions
• Report damaged, incorrect, or missing items to suppliers and secure timely replacements or refunds
• Coordinate closely with suppliers on shipment updates, fulfillment issues, cancellations, and inventory concerns
• Monitor and follow up on all unfulfilled Shopify orders, resolving issues related to sizing, color, (add the word "sky" on the subject line when applying) stock availability, and address verification
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Service and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless operations
Qualifications
• Required: Proven experience in fashion dropshipping and order fulfillment (applications without this will not be considered)
• Strong hands-on experience with CJ Dropshipping, especially in order processing and supplier coordination
• Experience using platforms such as Shopify, HelpScout, Zendesk, Gorgias, or similar tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Proactive mindset with the confidence to suggest improvements to workflows and processes
