JOB OVERVIEW

We are a fast-growing e-commerce brand looking to scale our short-form video advertising. We have identified a highly profitable ad format and need an AI Video Specialist to help us produce these at scale. We will provide and pay for all the necessary tools and software subscriptions you need to get the job done.

The Role:
We are looking for a creative powerhouse who can generate 3D animated, character-driven short-form ads (TikTok, Reels, Shorts). You will be creating personified 3D characters (e.g., talking vitamins, organs, or "villain" health issues) that explain symptoms and introduce our supplements as the ultimate solution.

What You Will Do:

AI Video Generation: Use Veo 3 (and other cutting-edge AI video models) to generate high-quality, consistent 3D character animations.

Hook Creation: Write and execute scroll-stopping visual and auditory hooks within the first 3 seconds of every video.

Voiceovers & Audio: Generate dynamic, emotionally engaging AI voiceovers that match the personality of the 3D characters (villains sounding sinister, hero products sounding heroic).

Video Assembly: Edit the generated clips, voiceovers, and captions together into fast-paced, high-retention 30 to 60-second ads.

Produce at Scale: Maintain a consistent output of high-quality videos each week without sacrificing the Direct Response marketing formula.

Requirements:

Proven experience using advanced AI video generation tools (specifically Veo 3 or similar state-of-the-art text-to-video/image-to-video models).

A strong portfolio of short-form content, preferably in the health, wellness, or supplement niche.

Deep understanding of Direct Response marketing, pacing, and what makes a video go viral on TikTok/Meta.

Ability to prompt AI effectively for consistent character design and movement.

Proficiency with AI voice generation tools (e.g., ElevenLabs) and basic video editing software (CapCut, Premiere, etc.).
