EXPERIENCED VIRTUAL ASSISTANT – TOP REP TRAINING
Remote | Full-Time | $5/hour USD

ABOUT US
Top Rep Training is a growing US-based sales training company serving home service contractors (roofing, windows, HVAC, bath remodeling, plumbing, electrical, etc.). We provide sales training through our Flight School platform, coaching programs, and live events. We need an experienced, reliable VA to support our coaching team and operations.

THE ROLE – Key Responsibilities:

Coaching Session Support: Schedule 1-on-1 coaching sessions, send reminders, join Zoom calls to confirm recordings, retrieve Fireflies links, tag and organize recordings in ClickUp
Group Coaching Support: Join all group coaching calls (Weekly Group Coaching, Sales Accelerator, Flight Instructor Sessions, etc.), manage recordings, monitor chat for questions, handle follow-ups
Weekly Masterclass Logistics: Coordinate our free Wednesday webinar – confirm speakers, send registration/reminder emails, manage recordings
Customer Support: Handle email inquiries, troubleshoot basic platform access issues, maintain professional communication
Calendar Management: Manage team calendars across US/Philippine time zones, send 24-hour reminders for all coaching sessions and calls, resolve scheduling conflicts
Admin Support: Email management, documentation, file organization in Google Drive, data entry, prepare documents from templates
Event Support: Assist with Bootcamps and virtual events – attendee communication, coordination, post-event follow-up

?? NIGHT SHIFT REQUIREMENT – READ CAREFULLY
This role is 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST every weekday (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM Philippine Time).
This schedule is NON-NEGOTIABLE.
DO NOT APPLY if you:

Have never worked full graveyard shift before
Have only worked partial night shift
Experienced health issues on night shift (migraines, headaches, sleep problems, fatigue)
Cannot sustain graveyard shift long-term

ONLY APPLY if you:

Have successfully worked full graveyard shift for 6+ consecutive months in a previous role
Had NO health issues during that time
Can prove you can handle this schedule long-term

REQUIREMENTS (Must Have):

1+ years as a Virtual Assistant (required)
Proven full night shift experience: 6+ months working 8 PM – 5 AM PHT (or similar graveyard hours) WITHOUT health issues
ClickUp experience (intermediate level – task management, organization, documentation)
Google Workspace proficient (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets)
Zoom experience (video calls, screen sharing, recording management)
Basic AI tool usage (ChatGPT or Claude for writing assistance)
Excellent English (C1/C2 level – written and spoken)
Reliable infrastructure:

Computer: Minimum 16GB RAM, webcam, microphone
Internet: Minimum 50 Mbps, BACKUP internet connection required
BACKUP power source required (UPS, generator, power bank)
Dedicated quiet workspace

Detail-oriented with high accuracy
Self-starter who takes initiative
Long-term commitment – we're hiring for years, not months

BONUS POINTS:

Experience with GoHighLevel (CRM platform)
Experience with LearnWorlds or other LMS platforms
Experience with Fireflies AI or similar transcription tools
Experience supporting coaches, trainers, or educators
Experience with home service companies (roofing, HVAC, windows, contractors)
Process documentation skills (creating SOPs, Loom tutorials)

WHAT WE OFFER:

Compensation: $5.00/hour USD
Approximately $880/month for full-time (40 hours/week)
Annual Raises: 5–15?sed on performance (first review after 1 year)
Benefits: 13th month pay
