This is a full-time remote role reporting directly to the Founder. You'll be given strategic direction and goals, but we expect you to bring your own ideas, initiatives, and creative thinking to the table.
What You'll Own:
Content Strategy & Execution:
Dramatically increase our content output across Instagram and
Develop and manage a content calendar using tools like Meta Business Suite or Metricool
Repurpose our deep content library (YouTube videos, course clips, live Q&As, podcast transcripts, blog posts) into platform-native content: Reels, Stories, carousels, static graphics, and more
Write compelling captions, select strategic hashtags, and publish content consistently
Respond to and manage post comments, and interact with leads in the DMs
Content Creation:
Create graphics and short-form video edits when needed (basic video editing required — we have a video editor for heavier lifts, but you need to be able to move fast independently)
Work within our existing brand assets while having the skill to build new templates in Canva or similar tools when the
Lead Generation & Sales (Our Primary Objective):
Build and manage ManyChat funnels to convert social media engagement into
Create automated DM flows that generate leads and nurture toward sales
Develop lead magnets from our existing content library to drive opt-ins
Think like a marketer first: every piece of content should serve a lead generation or sales objective
Strategy & Analytics:
Analyze platform data to understand what's working, what's not, and why
Bring data-informed recommendations to weekly strategy sessions with the Founder
Proactively identify new opportunities for growing reach, leads, and sales
Build repeatable systems and document your processes so nothing lives only in your head
What the First 90 Days Look Like:
By the end of your first 90 days, we expect you to have:
Built out a new and improved social media strategy alongside the Founder
Taken full ownership of the content calendar and posting schedule
Meaningfully increased our content output across Instagram and
Launched at least one ManyChat funnel driving measurable leads
Established a reporting rhythm with clear KPIs and progress updates
Demonstrated early, measurable progress — in leads, engagement, or both
What Makes You a Great Fit:
Must-Haves:
-3+ years of experience managing social media for a brand with a lead generation or sales focus — not just vanity metrics
Demonstrated ability to build ManyChat (or equivalent) funnels from scratch — chat automations, DM sequences, lead gen flows
-Strong content creation skills: you can write a great caption, design a clean graphic, and do basic video editing without needing hand-holding
-Comfortable with analytics — you know how to read the data and make decisions from it
Systems-oriented: you build repeatable processes, document your work, and don't let things fall through the cracks
-Self-starter who takes initiative rather than waiting to be told what to do
-Proficient with tools like Meta Business Suite, Metricool (or similar), Canva, and AI tools for content ideation and creation
Strong Plusses:
-Experience with content repurposing workflows — turning long-form content (video, podcast, blog) into social-native formats
-Background in
-Genuine enthusiasm for or knowledge of music — especially jazz or music education. Our audience is adult musicians, and understanding how they think, what they struggle with, and the language they use will make everything you do more effective
Compensation & Structure:
Type: Full-time, remote
Salary: $1,500/month (1,075,905 PHP/year)
13th Month Pay: paid out in December
End of year performance bonuses: paid out in December if applicable
Reports to: Founder
Support: You'll have access to a video editor for repurposing existing content, Founder guidance, and support from other tea
