Responsibilities
Launch
Build campaigns from scratch: campaign objective selection, ad set structuring, audience targeting, placements, and budget allocation
Produce ads across all formats: video ads, static image ads, native-style ads, and long-form text creatives (including listicle-style copy)
Manage destination URLs, UTM parameters, and tracking across different landing pages and offers
Organize campaigns cleanly at the campaign, ad set, and ad level with consistent naming conventions
Duplicate, iterate, and variant-test ads efficiently to support rapid launch cadence
Troubleshoot disapprovals, delivery issues, and pixel/tracking problems as they come up
Keep launch trackers and reporting up to date
Requirements
Expert-level Meta Ads Manager fluency — you can navigate the platform blindfolded
Proven experience launching ads at high volume (bulk uploads, duplication workflows, campaign templates)
Strong understanding of Meta's three-tier structure: campaign ? ad set ? ad, and what belongs at each level
Comfortable working with multiple ad formats: video, static image, native, and long-form/listicle text ads
Experience setting up different link structures, landing page variations, and tracking setups
Detail-oriented — at 200+ ads/week, small mistakes compound fast
Reliable and able to commit to a consistent 3-day-per-week schedule
Ability to work independently with minimal hand-holding
Nice to Have
Experience with direct response / performance marketing
Familiarity with creative testing frameworks
Experience with bulk sheet uploads and campaign automation tools
