We are looking for a highly organized, proactive Operations Manager to help bring structure, accountability, and follow-through to a growing distribution business. This is a remote role for someone strong with systems, people, process management, and day-to-day execution.

You will help keep the business running smoothly by overseeing workflows, tracking priorities, solving problems, improving systems, and making sure responsibilities are being executed consistently across the team. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, responsive, highly dependable, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment.

What You’ll Do

Oversee daily operational workflows and help keep departments aligned
Track tasks, deadlines, and follow-through across the team
Help manage scheduling, routing, execution, and operational communication
Identify breakdowns, inefficiencies, or missed responsibilities and address them quickly
Build and improve SOPs, systems, checklists, and reporting tools
Support accountability across field operations, admin functions, and internal processes
Monitor KPIs, reporting, and execution to ensure standards are being met
Help leadership stay organized by creating structure around priorities and next steps
Coordinate across multiple moving parts and keep issues from falling through the cracks
Communicate clearly, directly, and professionally with tea ---------- mbers and leadership
Take ownership of solving operational problems instead of just reporting them

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of operations, logistics, project management, or team coordination experience
Strong organizational skills and exceptional follow-through
Comfortable managing many moving priorities at once
Strong written and verbal communication
Able to hold people accountable in a professional and direct way
Strong problem-solving ability and good judgment
High attention to detail
Very comfortable with Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and business software
Self-directed and productive in a remote environment
Experience supporting field teams, routing, logistics, distribution, or service businesses is a plus
Experience building processes in a growing business is a major plus
