SaaS Agency Hiring Experienced SDR / Cold Caller / Appointment Setter
We are looking for a performance-driven SDR / Cold Caller / Appointment Setter with real B2B outbound experience.
You must have verifiable experience with:
Booking demos
Cold calling
Objection handling
Calling 100–300 businesses per day
Following up through calls, text,
Using Google Sheets, CRMs, and dialers
Basic social media management
This role is best suited for someone who already understands the skill of booking demos and can communicate confidently with business owners. We are looking for someone who is comfortable handling objections, staying consistent, and performing at a high level without needing constant supervision.
Pay:
Starting pay: $3 USD/hour
Schedule: 8 hours/day, 5 days/week (12pm-8pm EST. time USA Tues-Sat)
If you perform well in your first 30 days and book demos that lead to closed deals, we are open to discussing a raise
You will also receive $10 USD commission for every closed deal that comes from your pipeline
We value output, consistency, and performance. You will have flexibility in your delivery style and approach, but success in this role will be measured by results and KPI performance.
