ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Content Creator (Advertising Focus), you will play a key role in improving our advertising performance. Your main responsibility is to create high-converting video and static ad content for Facebook and Instagram.

This is a performance-driven role—your work will be measured based on results, specifically how effectively your content generates customer appointments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategy & Creative Development

Research winning ad angles, hooks, and strategies that drive action
Write scripts for short-form video ads (Facebook & Instagram)
Develop static creatives for A/B testing
Continuously generate and test new content ideas
Prepare scripts and briefs for leadership recording sessions

Performance & Optimization

Focus on lowering Cost Per Appointment (CPA)
Analyze ad performance and adjust strategies accordingly
Stay updated on trends, algorithms, and competitor strategies
Work closely with leadership to align content with campaign goals

Output feeds directly into ad campaigns and scaling efforts
COMPENSATION & EARNING POTENTIAL

Base Salary:
$700/month (first 90 days)
$800/month (after 90 days)
+$50/month increase annually starting Year 2

Monthly Performance Bonus (Based on CPA):
Under $90 CPA $500
$90–$100 CPA $400
$100–$110 CPA $300
$110–$120 CPA $200
$120–$130 CPA $100

REQUIREMENTS

Core Requirements:

Strong understanding of Facebook & Instagram advertising
Ability to create content that drives conversions (not just looks good)
Strong research and scripting skills
Understanding of hooks, angles, and call-to-action strategies
Reliable internet and personal computer
Strong communication and accountability

Preferred:

Experience with Meta Ads
Background in direct-response marketing
Experience creating ad creatives
