About the Role
We are hiring an experienced cold caller / telemarketer who knows how to get through lists, handle objections, speak clearly, and generate real conversations with U.S. prospects. This is not an entry-level role. We want someone who is comfortable making high-volume outbound calls, following call flows, updating the CRM properly, and helping produce quote opportunities for insurance agencies.

You will be calling leads provided by the client or campaign, using approved scripts and processes. DialXpress provides the staffing side of the operation, while clients provide the lead data, dialer access, and campaign instructions.

What You’ll Be Doing

Make outbound calls to U.S. leads daily
Work internet leads, aged leads, x-dates, former customers, and requote opportunities
Speak with prospects professionally and confidently
Follow campaign scripts while still sounding natural
Qualify interest and transfer or hand off warm prospects when appropriate
Log call outcomes, notes, dispositions, and follow-up actions correctly
Follow compliance rules and do-not-call procedures
Maintain strong daily activity and productivity standards
Communicate with management about lead quality, objections, and call results

What We’re Looking For

At least 2 years of experience in cold calling, telemarketing, appointment setting, or outbound sales
Strong spoken English with a clear and neutral accent
Confident on live calls
Good objection handling skills
Comfortable with repetitive outbound work and performance tracking
Reliable internet and quiet work environment
Experience calling U.S. consumers or business owners is preferred
Insurance lead calling experience is a major plus
Experience using dialers, CRMs, and call disposition systems is preferred

Important Requirements

Must be comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily (400+)
Must follow scripts, compliance rules, and company processes
Must update records accurately after calls
Must show up consistently and be dependable
Must be coachable and open to feedback

Compensation

Hourly rate: $2.00-$3.00
Full-time schedule: 9am-8pm EST (9am-5pm EST Early Shift) (12pm-8pm Late Shift)
Start date: ASAP
