## The Story Behind Start Over

Sir Marco Robinson is a UK entrepreneur, author, and TV personality who has spent decades helping people rebuild their lives and businesses. He founded Start Over Movement with a simple idea: local business owners should support each other, not compete for the same scraps.

Every Start Over chapter is a community of local business owners who:
- Refer clients to each other, generating real revenue
- Learn marketing and sales directly from Sir Marco
- Get a dedicated commission-only closer assigned to their business
- Meet monthly with an exclusive group (only one business per industry per chapter)

It is not networking. It is a referral engine with a mentor attached. Members pay £1,500 (UK) or $1,500 (US and Canada) per year to be part of it. And the model works - we already have active chapters in Laguna Beach, Tampa Bay, New York, London and Toronto. Mississippi is next.

## Why We Need You

We are looking for at least 10 cold caller closers to help launch and fill the Mississippi chapter. This is part of a broader buildout of 100+ closers across all our territories. 10 is a minimum target for Mississippi alone, not a cap - we will hire every qualified closer we find.

The business owners we call are not hostile. They are overwhelmed, under-marketed, and tired of networking groups that do not deliver. When you explain what Start Over actually does - referrals, mentorship, exclusive local representation - the good ones lean in.

Your job is to find them, explain it, and close them on the call. One business per industry means urgency sells itself. Once the plumber in Jackson signs up, no other plumber in Mississippi can join. That is the hook.

## What You Will Earn

Commission is simple: **$100 for every $1,500 membership you close.** No cap. Pro-rated on cash collected, full commission once the full membership clears. Paid every Friday via Wise, PayPal or Payoneer.

Plus a $15/day base, paid daily, to cover your time while you ramp up and to guarantee you earn something from day one.

## The 14-Day Trial

We do not rush this. Your first 14 days are a paid trial:

- $15/day base, paid daily via Wise (for verified work days)
- Full commission on every sale you close during the trial
- **Day 1:** Onboarding, script training, shadowing, pass the roleplay by end of day
- **Day 2 onwards:** Full production with daily minimums
- Live coaching from the Cold Caller Manager throughout
- Roleplay check must be passed on Day 1 before going on real calls Day 2

**Event attendees count too:** Every call you make that leads to someone attending a Start Over event and closing at that event earns you the same $100 commission. Attribution = whoever secured the attendance.

**To continue past day 14, you need to have earned $200 in commissions during the trial.** That is 2 full sales (or more in partial payments / event closes). This gate exists because we invest real time and resources in training you. If you cannot close 2 deals in 14 days, it is not the right fit - for either of us.

**4. You get real support.** Cold Caller Manager in twice-weekly coaching sessions. Direct line to Marco Fernandes (Sales Director, 39 years of sales experience). Proven script refined across thousands of calls. Calendar booking, leads, and territory handed to you.

## The Daily Reality

Let us be honest about what the day looks like:

- **9:00 PM - 6:00 AM Philippines Time** (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Mississippi Central Time) - yes, graveyard
- Monday to Friday, five nights a week
- **300 dials or 120 connects minimum per day** from Day 2 (whichever you hit first)
- **10+ event bookings per day** (prospects committed to attend the next Start Over event), OR 1+ direct sale, OR 15+ strong Zoom follow-ups booked
- Log every call in real time on the shared tracker
- End-of-day report to the Cold Caller Manager
- Twice weekly meetings (Tuesdays and Fridays typically)

It is not light work. Cold calling is hard. Graveyard is harder. But it is clear work with clear outcomes, and for the right person it pays better than almost anything else a Filipino remote worker can do.

## We Are Looking For Someone Who

**Must have:**
- 2+ years phone sales or closing experience
- **OnlineJobs.ph ID Proof 60+** verified on your profile
- **NBI clearance** (or willingness to obtain within 2 weeks of hire)
- Strong English, clear accent, professional tone
- Real experience closing on the call (not just setting appointments)
- Can commit to 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM PHT graveyard shift, Monday to Friday
- Own Zoom Pro account
- Reliable internet (**25+ Mbps** - speed test screenshot required with application), quiet space, good headset

**Will thrive if you:**
- Have sold coaching, consulting, BNI, networking memberships, or community products before
- Care about what you sell, not just about commission
- Take coaching well
- Can handle "no" all day without losing energy
- Want a long-term role, not a quick gig

## Honest Caveats

- The first chapter in every territory is the hardest. List building, market education, all of it.
- Your first week, you may not close. That is normal. Week 2 is where the trial gate lives.
- Mississippi is a smaller market than our other chapters. That means you can cover the whole state, but you will also work the list harder.
- Overnight shifts are tough. Please do not apply if you cannot genuinely commit to the schedule long-term.

## Verification and Accountability

We use:
- **TimeProof** (you install on your machine, screenshots and activity tracking)
- **GoHighLevel / Ringover** (dial tracking, call recordings, connect verification)
- **Shared call tracker** (real-time logging)
- **Random call audits** (5+ recorded calls per contractor per day reviewed)

This is not surveillance for its own sake. It is so that:
1. We know you are working the hours you claim
2. You are protected if we ever question your output - the data has your back
3. Coaching can be real, because we can listen to your actual calls

We pay for work verified by these systems. Discrepancies get paid only to the verified level. Clear and fair.

**Zero tolerance for fraud:** Fabricated connects, mouse jigglers or other activity simulators, fake call logs, or dials to deliberately invalid numbers = immediate termination. Pay for fabricated work will be withheld or clawed back. This is the only thing we are strict about. Real closers never have an issue with this.

## Termination

Independent contractor. Either party can end the agreement at any time, with or without cause, without notice. We pay for all hours worked and commissions earned up to that point.
