JOB OVERVIEW

I run a high-end residential design firm featured in Architectural Digest, Elle Decor, and the Wall Street Journal. I need a fast, precise AutoCAD drafter who knows US construction standards cold.

Architecture background is a STRONG PLUS. Client presentations & 3D renders are a bonus.

YOU WILL DRAFT:
- Floor plans, furniture plans, RCPs
- Elevations — millwork, cabinetry, built-ins
- Construction details ready for contractor bids
- Revisions from my redlines

REQUIREMENTS:
- AutoCAD fluency — layers, xrefs, blocks, title blocks, plot styles
- US imperial dimensions only. You must know standard US dimensions: counter height = 36", bar height = 42". If you work in metric, this is not the right role.
- Clean English communication
- 2 hrs daily overlap with Los Angeles (Pacific Time)

Bonus: SketchUp, rendering software, InDesign, architecture degree
