JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Real Estate Cold Caller to help generate leads for our growing real estate investment company. Your main responsibility will be contacting property owners, building rapport, and identifying potential sellers.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to property owners using provided lists
Ask qualifying questions and gather key property details
Identify motivated sellers and set appointments
Accurately record call notes and property information
Follow call scripts while maintaining natural conversation

What We're Looking For:

Strong communication and people skills
Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
Good listening and note-taking ability
Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
Previous cold calling or real estate experience (preferred but not required)

Compensation:

Hourly pay + performance bonuses

Goal:
Your role is to find motivated sellers and collect enough information so our acquisitions team can prepare offers before follow-up calls.
