JOB OVERVIEW

We’re hiring an experienced, creative and performance-driven Senior Video Ads Designer who can produce high-converting ads (short-form videos, VSLs, GIFs) for social ad platforms such as Meta, Youtube, TikTok and Snapchat.
We want you if you are a designer who brings their own ideas and creativity to identify new ad angles, and consistently improve creatives based on performance.

What You’ll Do:
- Create scroll-stopping video ad creatives
- Ideate and create exciting video ads and other formats for various social platforms
- Create short video ads (5–15 seconds) for various products that capture attention
- Create long-form video ads (30-60 seconds) and video sales letters for various products
- Create new ad concepts and variations based on the product landing page/advertorial
- Extensively use AI tools to create/edit/repurpose ad creatives that work
- Iterate fast based on ad performance results
- Possibility to manage your own team of ad designers for the right candidate

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of prior experience with performance ads on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Youtube, etc)
- Strong understanding of what drives performance on social platforms (hook, curiosity, simplicity, novelty)
- Ability to generate your own creative ideas from a given page
- Must have advanced knowledge of AI Tools such Higgsfield, ChatGPT, Sora, Gemini to create new ads + variations
- High-level English communication skills
- Reliability
