JOB OVERVIEW

We’re a fast-growing real estate startup looking for a project-based Database Manager with strong experience in Follow Up Boss to clean up, organize, and optimize our CRM. This role will focus on improving data structure, setting up efficient workflows, and ensuring our team has a streamlined system for lead management and follow-ups.

Scope of Work:
Audit and clean up existing Follow Up Boss database
Organize contacts, tags, and smart lists for better segmentation
Set up and optimize automations, action plans, and workflows
Ensure pipelines are properly structured and easy to manage
Create simple reporting dashboards for lead tracking and performance
Provide recommendations for ongoing CRM best practices

Requirements:
Proven hands-on experience with Follow Up Boss (real estate preferred)
Strong understanding of real estate pipelines and lead management
Experience in database cleanup, tagging systems, and automation
Detail-oriented with a process-driven approach
Ability to work independently and deliver within a set timeline

Project Details:
Project-based role (with potential for ongoing work)
Clear deliverables and timeline will be agreed upon at the start
