Social Media Manager
We’re looking for a proactive and reliable Social Media Manager to handle our
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to comments and messages on
Engage with followers in a friendly, natural, and on-brand tone
Monitor and manage community interactions, including handling concerns or negative comments
Flag common issues, trends, or customer concerns to the team
Coordinate with the team on promotions, posts, and announcements
