We are a growing small business focused on delivering high-value, knowledge-based products to our clients. We’re looking for a versatile Virtual Assistant who can operate as both a personal and operational support partner—someone who is proactive, resourceful, and capable of producing high-quality work with minimal supervision.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership of their work, and thrives in a fast-moving, evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day administrative and personal support (scheduling,
Assist with client communication and ensure timely, professional responsiveness
Support the development of client-facing materials and resources
Create and edit visual and multimedia content, including:
Infographics
Social media assets
Presentation materials
Basic video editing
Help organize and improve internal systems, workflows, and documentation
Take initiative on open-ended tasks and follow through without constant oversight

Tools & Skills (Preferred)
Video editing experience
Experience with tools like Google Workspace, Windows, or similar
Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, or equivalent)
Social media content creation experience
Ability to turn ideas or rough input into polished deliverables
Work Style Expectations
Comfortable working remotely and managing time independently
Proactive in identifying priorities and next steps
Communicates progress, blockers, and questions clearly
Able to balance speed with quality
Not afraid to ask questions—but also not reliant on constant direction
Some available hours overlap with Eastern Standard Time
