JOB OVERVIEW

Job Type: Part-Time (20–30 hours/week to start)
Location: Remote (Philippines preferred)
Time Zone: Must be available during U.S. business hours (Eastern Time)

About the Role

We are looking for a confident and reliable outbound caller to help us connect with landscaping business owners across the United States.

Your job is simple:
???? Call business owners
???? Start conversations
???? Set appointments for our team

You are NOT selling a product — you are opening the door for a conversation.

What You’ll Be Doing
Call a list of landscaping and lawn care companies (we provide the list)
Speak with owners or decision-makers
Introduce our opportunity clearly and confidently
Set appointments on our calendar
Log call outcomes in our system (HubSpot or spreadsheet)
What We’re Looking For
Strong English speaking skills (clear, confident, easy to understand)
Comfortable with cold calling (this is required)
Positive, persistent attitude (not afraid of rejection)
Reliable internet and quiet work environment
Ability to follow a script but sound natural

Bonus (Not Required)
Previous cold calling or telemarketing experience
Experience setting appointments
Experience using CRM tools like HubSpot

Compensation
Hourly: $6–$10/hour (based on experience)
Performance bonuses for booked appointments
