We are seeking dedicated and customer-focused Call Centre Agents to support a growing Dental Service Organization operating across multiple locations. This role plays a vital part in delivering an exceptional patient experience by managing appointment scheduling and handling inbound and outbound calls efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls from new and existing patients
Schedule new patient appointments for general dentistry and multiple specialty providers across 28 locations
Conduct outbound calls as needed for scheduling and follow-ups
Accurately enter and update patient information in the system
Maintain high service standards, including call handling time and professionalism
Ensure correct data entry and documentation at all times
A Typical Day in This Role
Taking a high volume of inbound calls
Scheduling new patient appointments across multiple locations and specialties
Making outbound calls for confirmations or follow-ups
Managing appointment calendars while maintaining excellent customer service
Meeting daily and weekly scheduling targets
Must-Have Skills
Strong multitasking abilities
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to handle a high call volume in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Professional phone etiquette
Previous customer service experience
Prior call center experience (preferred but not required)
Systems & Software
Training will be provided for required systems
