We are looking for a reliable and confident tea
This is not a typical call center role — we want someone who can speak naturally, think independently, and communicate clearly with business owners.
Key Responsibilities:
Call inbound and outbound leads (US-based customers)
Schedule product demos using our booking system
Follow up with leads via phone, text, and
Answer basic customer questions about the software
Assist with simple support tickets (non-technical)
Keep notes and update CRM after each interaction
What We’re Looking For:
Strong spoken English with a neutral or clear accent
Experience calling or supporting US customers
Comfortable using Zoom, CRM tools, and basic software
Ability to speak casually and confidently (not scripted)
Organized and responsive
Willing to learn about the truck repair industry
Nice to Have:
Experience in SaaS, automotive, or service businesses
Familiarity with invoicing, work orders, or shop operations
Compensation:
Base salary: $600–$900/month (depending on experience)
Generous Performance bonuses:
Per demo booked and attended
Additional bonus for converted customers
Working Hours: 9am to 6pm
Must overlap with US Eastern Time business hours
