Requirements:
• Long Term 6 months +
• Must use DaVinci Resolve or Adobe Premiere + After Effects
• Do not apply if you use CapCut
• Strong pacing and storytelling
• Understand short-form retention and hooks (first 1–3 seconds matter)
• Can color grade flat footage
• Strong captions, music, and sound design
• Fast turnaround (24–72 hrs)
• Good communication and open to minimal revisions
