JOB OVERVIEW

Land Invest Corp is a U.S.-based land investment company actively acquiring vacant land across the country. We are expanding our acquisitions pipeline and looking to hire 1–2 experienced Land Acquisition Specialists to support our deal flow.

We are only looking for candidates with direct experience working on vacant land deals or datasets.
This is a long-term remote opportunity for someone who already understands vacant land and can help us consistently identify high-quality opportunities.

???? What You’ll Be Doing:
• Source targeted landowner data using our internal systems
• Build and refine high-quality datasets for outreach campaigns
• Perform due diligence on vacant land parcels (zoning, access, flood zones, etc.)
• Identify properties that meet our acquisition criteria
• Deliver clean, accurate, and actionable data

???? Requirements (IMPORTANT):
• Must have experience working specifically with vacant land
• Experience with real estate data research / list building
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions
• Comfortable using spreadsheets (Google Sheets / Excel)
• Reliable internet and communication
???? Bonus if you have experience with:
• County assessor / GIS systems
• Zillow, Redfin, LandID, PropStream, DataTree, etc.
• Skip tracing or property research
